Ad Angler Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. The AdAngler Reward program is open to current affiliates who are in good standing with the AdAngler.

2. The AdAngler Reward Terms & Conditions do not serve as an amendment to the AdAngler  network Terms & Conditions. AdAngler reserves the right, at its sole discretion to alter, amend, or terminate the AdAngler Reward program at any time.

3. The amount of the AdAngler Reward card will be based on the amount of revenue earned by the affiliate in a calendar month, to be determined solely by AdAngler. A calendar month will be defined as the last business day of the month at 5pm eastern standard time. AdAngler reward cards will not be issued until 2 months from the last business day of the month a reward was earned. During this period, AdAngler will audit the traffic and the amount of revenue earned by an affiliate in that calendar month. If some or all of the revenue earned by the affiliate resulted from fraud, a breach of the program terms of an offer, a breach of the AdAngler Terms and Conditions, or was subject to a dispute from an AdAngler advertiser, then the affiliate will forfeit the reward. The amount of revenue earned by an affiliate in a calendar month does not carry over to subsequent months.

4. AdAngler reserves the right to change the amount of revenue required for each reward level. Revenue amounts needed for a given month will be listed on the AdAngler Reward page of the AdAngler site on the first of every month. These rewards are in addition to the monetary compensation due to the affiliate, if any.

5. For each reward selected, the affiliate may be responsible for applicable taxes (reward amounts will be included on affiliate 1099s).

6. Neither the AdAngler Rewards program nor any other agreement with the affiliate shall create an employment relationship or joint venture with the affiliate. The parties intend in the AdAngler Reward Terms & Conditions to operate solely as independent contractors.
